Super Tasty and healthy broccoli Paratha

Ingredients
( Serves: 3 to 4 people )
For Broccoli Paratha stuffing:
- Broccoli 250 gm (1 bunch),
- Paneer 50 gm
- Homemade Red chili powder 1.5 Tsp
- Cumin 2 Tsp
- Fennel 2 Tsp
- Carom seeds 1/2 Tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp
- White sesame seeds 2 Tsp
- Rock salt/Black salt 1 Tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
- Dry mango powder 1 Tsp
- Salt 1/2 Tsp
To make dough for paratha:
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Water 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 Tsp
- Oil 4 Tsp
How to make


Cut the broccoli and soak in hot water for 30 seconds
Transfer broccoli into ice cold water, Once cooled takeout broccoli by squeezing the excess water


Grate the blanched broccoli


Roast cumin and fennel seeds in a pan on low flame and make a fine powder out of it This is the special masala enriches paratha taste


To prepare paratha stuffing :
In a bowl add -> grated broccoli, grated paneer, Rock salt/Black salt, Coriander Powder, Dry mango powder, white sesame seeds, Prepared cumin & fennel masala 2 Tsp, Homemade Red chili powder, Carom seeds, Turmeric powder, Salt


Mix all the ingredients to make paratha stuffing


Prepare medium soft dough for paratha with 2 cups of wheat flour, 1 tsp of salt and 1 cup of water


Take small size dough balls and make a bowl shape out of it to fill the stuffing Keep thicker at the centre and a little thinner on the edges


Fill the broccoli stuffing mixture and seal the dough ball edges by pressing the filling gently


Now apply flour on both sides of dough ball Gently flatten with your hand


Roll gently to circle shape in upward and downward motion with a rolling pin and make little thicker


Now cook the paratha on hot frying pan (tawa) on medium flame


Apply little oil/Clarified butter on paratha


Flip over paratha and cook on both the sides


Fluffy broccoli paratha is ready to serve
