Cheesy Broccoli Paratha – Nikita Shah

Mains Preparation time: 15-20 Minutes / Cooking time: 10-12 minutes Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • Broccoli – 2 Cups
  • Cheese, grated – 1/2 Cup
  • Ginger Green Chilli Paste – 2 Tbsp
  • Haldi – a pinch
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Ajwain – 1 Tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
  • Water – to bind
  • Kalongi
  • Ghee – for cooking

How to make

Blanch broccoli and grate it

Combine with all the other ingredients and bind it into a soft dough using water

Divide into equal portions roll it out as shown, apply some ghee and fold into a mini triangle

Sprinkle some kalonji on top, embed them with the rolling pin and cook on a tawa using ghee till golden on both sides

Pack it up with some dahi and enjoy!
