Yummy Broccoli omelette bunpav

Ingredients
( Serves: 1 or 2 people )
- Broccoli 1/4 th cup
- Eggs 2
- Green Chili 1
- Cheese slice 2
- Bunpav 1
How to make


Break the eggs into a bowl
Add pinch of homemade turmeric powder


Add salt 1/2 Tsp, add finely chopped broccoli, add finely chopped green chili


Beat well with fork


Keep tawa on medium flame, add oil 2 Tsp, pour beaten eggs slowly on hot tawa


Spread gently with help of spatula


Flip over and fry on other side. Don't over fry omelette


Now fold the omelette into triangle shape with spatula


Cut the bunpav at the centre, place the cheese slice on each bunpav.
Now place the Broccoli omelette on one side of bunpav.


Place the other bunpav with cheese slice.
Tasty broccoli omelette bunpav is ready to serve
