Healthy and Tasty Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets 1/2 cup
  • Boiled Sweetcorn 1/4th cup
  • Finely chopped Carrot 1/4th cup
  • Clove 2
  • Finely chopped Garlic 1 Tsp
  • Cornflour 2 Tbsp
  • Butter 1Tbsp
  • Crushed pepper 1 Tbsp

How to make

Keep pan on low flame, add butter 1 Tbsp

Once butter starts melting add cloves and finely chopped garlic Sauté well till garlic is fried

Now add finely chopped Carrot 1/4th cup and sauté well for 30 seconds

Then add boiled Sweetcorn 1/4th cup and sauté well for 30 seconds

Now add Broccoli florets 1/2 cup and sauté well for 30 seconds

Add water 2 cup, add salt ½ Tsp, add crushed pepper 1 Tbsp and let it boil

Cover the lid and cook for 2 mins

Make a corn slurry ->
Add equal amount of water to cornflour and stir until smooth paste to make slurry Now add corn slurry to the soup

Mix continuously to cook until semi thick consistency Healthy and Tasty Broccoli Soup is ready to serve
