- Fresh red chili 1
- White sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Chili flakes 1 Tbsp
- Rock salt 1 Tsp
- Lemon 1/2
- Groundnut oil 2 Tsp

Cut the broccoli and soak in hot water for 30 seconds
