Healthy Broccoli Stir-fry Salad

( Serves: 2 to 3 people )
- Broccoli 250 gm (1 bunch)
- Onion 2
- Baby corn 3 to 4 pieces
- Fresh red chili 1
- White sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Chili flakes 1 Tbsp
- Rock salt 1 Tsp
- Lemon 1/2
- Groundnut oil 2 Tsp
How to make
Cut the broccoli and soak in hot water for 30 seconds
Transfer broccoli into ice cold water, Once cooled takeout broccoli by squeezing the excess water
Keep wok pan on medium flame
Add Groundnut oil, add chopped baby corn and sauté well for 30 seconds
Add blanched broccoli and sauté well for 30 seconds
Give a good toss
Add chopped onions, fresh red chili and sauté well for 30 seconds
Now add rock salt, white sesame seeds, chili flakes and mix well.
Finally season with lemon juice
