Healthy Broccoli mix veg kabab

Ingredients
( Serves: 3 to 4 people )
- Broccoli 250 gm (1 bunch)
- Boiled Potatoes 2
- Carrot 1
- Paneer 100 gm
- Fresh green peas 1/2 cup
- Homemade Red chili powder 1 Tsp
- Salt 1 Tsp
- Garam masala 1 Tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
- Rock salt/Black salt 1/2 Tsp
- Dry mango powder 1.5 Tsp
- Ginger 1 inch
- Garlic clove 4
- Gram flour 2 Tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil to fry
- White sesame seeds 2 Tbsp
How to make


Grate the Paneer as well as boiled potatoes


Crush the ginger and garlic
Grate or finely chop carrot and green peas


Cut the broccoli and soak in hot water for 30 seconds
Transfer broccoli into ice cold water, Once cooled takeout broccoli by squeezing the excess water


Now coarsely grind broccoli or you can grate as well


Keep pan on low flame and add oil 4 Tsp


Add crushed ginger garlic and Sauté welll


Add finely chopped carrots and green peas


Sautee well on low flame


Now add coarsely grinded broccoli and sauté well on low flame


Take out in a bowl to prepare kabab mixture


Add grated potatoes and paneer


Add sesame seeds, Homemade Red chili powder, Salt garam masala, Coriander Powder, Rock salt/Black salt, Dry mango powder, Gram flour 2 Tbsp, Corn flour 2 tbsp


Mix all the ingredients and make round shape Kababs from the mixture by hand and keep in fridge for 15 -20 minutes to set


Fill the pan with oil and keep on medium heat


Now slowly place these kababs into hot oil


Flip over in between to fry both the sides and fry until light golden color


Tasty Broccoli kabab are ready to serve
