Crispy Broccoli Manchurian

Ingredients
( Serves: 2 to 3 people )(For Boiling Broccoli)

  • Water 4 Cups
  • Salt 1/2 Tsp

  • All-purpose flour 3/4 Cup
  • Rice flour 1/4Cup
  • Corn flour 1/4 Cup
  • Chilli powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 Tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Salt 1/4 Tsp
  • Water 1/2 Cup
  • Oil for frying broccoli

  • Oil 4 Tsp
  • Garlic finely chopped 4-6 cloves
  • Ginger finely chopped 1 Tsp
  • Green chilli 1
  • Onion finely chopped 1/4 Cup
  • Spring onion chopped 4 Tbsp
  • Capsicum 1/2 slice
  • Tomato Sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Chilli sauce 1 Tsp
  • Vinegar 2 Tsp
  • Soy Sauce 2 Tsp
  • Crushed Pepper 1/4 Tsp
  • Salt 1/4 Tsp
  • Corn flour 1 Tsp
  • Water 1/4 Cup

How to make

Boil 4 Cups of water in a pot.

Add salt and broccoli florets. Then boil for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes drain the broccoli and pour cold water. Then keep it aside.

Take another clean bowl. Add all-purpose flour, rice flour, corn flour, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, and salt and pour water.

Whisk well with no lumps.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Add broccoli florets to the batter and coat well.

Fry the broccoli florets on medium flame.

Take out when it is golden brown and crisp.

Add oil to a hot pan, then add garlic, ginger, and green chilli. Saute in high flame.

Add chopped onion and capsicum. Saute.

Then add spring onion and saute well.

After that add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, crushed pepper, and salt. Saute in high flame.

Take the corn flour in a small bowl. Add water and mix well. Then pour it into the sauce and mix well.

Add fried broccoli. Mix and coat the sauce evenly.

Finally add some spring onion and mix it.
