How to make

1. Add lemon juice to the milk and set aside to curdle.

In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornflour, spices, and curdled milk.

Dunk the broccoli florets in the batter, then coat them with bread crumbs.

Air fry the coated broccoli at 180°C for 16-18 minutes or deep fry until crispy.

Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the crispy broccoli and enjoy
