Broccoli Moong Cheela Wrap – Ravika Thorat

- Soaked Moong Dal – 1 Cup
- Green Chilli – 1
- Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
- Ginger (grated) – 1 Tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Water – as needed

- Finely Chopped Broccoli – 1/2 Cup
- Finely Chopped Carrot – 1/4 Cup
- Finely Chopped Capsicum – 1/4 Cup
- Chopped Garlic – 2–3 Cloves
- Grated Paneer – 1/4 Cup
- Coriander Powder – 1/2 Tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1/4 Tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Ghee – 1–2 Tsp
- Cheese (optional) – 1–2 Tbsp
- Chilli Flakes – 1/2 Tsp

How to make
Blend soaked moong dal, green chilli, cumin seeds, ginger, water, and salt into a smooth batter.
Heat ghee in a pan. Add chopped garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
Add broccoli, carrot, and capsicum. Mix in grated paneer, coriander powder, chaat masala, and salt. Cook the stuffing for 2–3 minutes.
Heat a greased pan. Pour a ladle of cheela batter and spread into a round.
Add the prepared stuffing on top, tap gently, and cook for a minute. Flip the cheela.
Sprinkle cheese and chilli flakes. Fold into a wrap.
Serve hot with green chutney.
